- The last D in ADHD is the key. This is a disorder. Sure, all children get a little squirmy, but my first encounter with ADHD was with the 6 year old nephew of a friend. Even when he was sitting still, he almost seemed like he was vibrating with a manic sort of energy.

The list is out! Top baby names for 2011 are...
I mostly went with names that I liked, and popularity wasn't a big concern.
- I like older fashioned names for girls, particularly flowers or jewels: Rose, Ivy, Esmeralda, Pearl, Ruby and the like. For boys, I like Uncommon Biblical names: Moses, Abraham, and Noah. But then again I like John. Ain't nothing wrong with John as a name, even if your last name is Smith. :)
